in Decatur, Illinois from July 9-11, 2004.

Worthy Advisor 2003-2004, presided over a beautiful session.
Out of State visitors included guests from the following jurisdictions:
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, Missouri,
and Wisconsin. Members from 22 assemblies attended, with 21 sending voting
delegates.
