Mother Advisor's Checklist: Countdown to Grand Assembly 2008
Below is a list of deadlines to use as an aid in the task of preparing for Grand Assembly and reporting information to the designated chairpersons.
This checklist is intended as a helpful quick reference only.
Please refer to your Grand Assembly Information Packets, your Grand Deputy, or the designated chairpersons for more information on each subject.

It is important for ALL Rainbow Girls to understand the opportunities and rules of Grand Assembly.  Remember that the voting delegates at Grand Assembly will be ALL ACTIVE Illinois Rainbow Girls who have not attained their majority and are in good standing and in attendance at Illinois Grand Assembly.

All Grand Girls must be in Springfield for practice of Ritual and marches.  An outing will be held that evening and all Grand Girls are to attend Hilton Hotel,  Springfield, Illinois
July 2 - 4, 2008 Check-in time (room availability) is 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival at Grand Assembly.  Only Mother Advisors are allowed to pick up the Assembly registration packets. Sunday, July 6th Meeting for the Memorial Service participants (flower carriers) at 8:00 a.m. in the Grand Assembly Room
Sunday July 6 Check-out of all rooms by time posted in the rooms, except the MA's which has a late check out for luggage storage
