Mother Advisor's Checklist: Countdown to Supreme Assembly 2008 in Chicago, Illinois!
Below is a list of deadlines to use as an aid in the task of preparing for Supreme Assembly Session 2008 and reporting information to the designated chairpersons.
This checklist is intended as a helpful quick reference only.
Please refer to your Supreme Assembly 2008 Information Packets, your Grand Deputy, or the designated chairpersons for more information on each subject.

PLEASE KEEP A COPY OF EVERY FORM YOU SEND IN!!!!
Items in red are new to the this list from last year.

As soon as possible Become familiar with the General Information Sheet in the Supreme Assembly packet of information
As soon as possible Read the welcome letter from Mrs. Renda, Supreme Worthy Advisor at assembly  meetings
As soon as possible Copy Medical/Release form for GIRLS and Medical/Release form for ADULTS distribute a copy to each participant. Note that these forms requires a notary witness.
As soon as possible Meet with all participating members and their parents to explain the rules and benefits of Supreme Assembly  Have copies of the schedule handy
As soon as possible, 
Deadline: June 15		 Send in Candidate for Initiation form for any girls to be initiated at the Supreme Session

As soon as possible Read Ritual Competition information and promote participation in the Individual and Team categories.  Both Bow Team and Opening-Closing Team competitions are available.
